【ユース】高円宮杯一次ラウンド　東福岡高校戦＠秋津

高円宮杯第17回全日本ユース(U-18)サッカー選手権一次ラウンド第３日。我らが
サンフレッチェ広島F.C.ユースは、千葉県習志野市の秋津サッカー場で東福岡高
校と対戦しました。

この時点で一次ラウンド突破がほぼ決まっている広島ユースと、勝つしかない東
福岡高校。そのモチベーションの差を見せ付けられた試合だったと思います。

試合は、前半に立て続けに失点という厳しい試合展開。35分の先制点のシーンは
体を張って必死に防御するも最後に押し込まれる残念な失点。気落ちしたのか、
直後にはミスがらみで失点し0-2で折り返しとなります。しかし、チャンスは作
れていたので、後半早い時間に得点を奪えば・・・と思っていました。
そして後半。48分、右サイドから藤澤君のロングスロー、相手DFのクリアボールを
保手濱君が押し込み一点を返します。その後も何回もチャンスがあったが、相手DF
が体を張って防御しているので、なかなか得点が奪えず、残り時間だけが短くなっ
ていきます。
しかし82分、相手のファウルでもらったFKを平繁君が判断良くすばやいリスタート
でクロス、それを横竹君がヘディングで叩き込み同点！！ちょうど僕達の目の前で
のプレーだったので、ゴールを決めた横竹君は背番号を誇示するように見せ、何回
も大きなガッツポーズ！！これでいけると思ったのですが。。。
直後にカウンターから残念な失点を喫し勝ち越しを許してしまいます。結局、この
得点が決勝点となり、今大会初黒星を喫することになりました。

やはり「勝たなければならない」状態では、普段からノックアウト方式の大会が多
い高体連チームの「一発勝負」の勝負強さが出たことが大きかったと思います。し
かし、他会場の結果により、一次ラウンド一位通過となりました。

次は、ひたちなかで22日18時15分より札幌第一高校と対戦します。札幌第一高校は
Bグループ3位ですが、初戦ではガンバ大阪ユースを破るなど、ポテンシャルを秘め
ていることは明確です。
これからは決勝トーナメント。ノックアウト方式による一戦必勝の戦いが続きます。
一試合一試合に集中して優勝を目指し闘ってもらいたいです。
