2007年02月06日 下村専務という男
しばらく更新が滞ってしまいました。
チームはキャンプの真っ最中ですが、開幕まであと１ヶ月切ったわけで。
サポーターも徐々にテンションを上げていけるよう、ガンガン更新していくのでよろしく！！！さて。
下村専務って誰よ？という人は、2007冬号の「assist」を見ましょう。
昨年9月に就任したフロントの偉い方です。
実はこの方と２度ほど直接お話することができました。
（県人会の模様はこちらをご覧下さい）1月24日開催の東京広島県人会総会にサンフレッチェ代表として出席されていて、
関東サポ数名で高田常務も交えて濃密にサンフレッチェを語り合い、
そして2月3日は広島でじっくりとお話をさせてもらう機会をいただいた。一言でいうと、
こ の 人 熱 い で す ！
負けず嫌い、ナンバーワン主義、情熱と信念、旺盛な好奇心、、、
自分がビジネスマンとして目指していることそのもの。
さっかりんで広島系ブログを読み、時には２ちゃんねるも見るという。
サポーターの声にも積極的に耳を傾け、貪欲に情報を集めようとする姿勢。
感銘を受けました。そして何よりも経営者としての資質と風格。
自分のような若造に評価されても嬉しくも何ともないでしょうが、
共有すべきビジョンを語り、サンフレッチェとしてのブランド作りにこだわる。
とてもロジカルで合理的な考え方をされている。確かにマクロ的な方向感だけならば比較的共感を得やすい。
まだそのレベルの話しかしていない、聞けていないのも事実。
今後、具体的な施策にブレイクダウンしてきたとき、いろいろ意見が分かれる。
そこでどう社内外やサポーターをまとめ上げ、目的に向かって強力に推進していけるか。
まだまだ手放しでは喜べない。しかしひとつ言えることがある。
今までのクラブ経営は一貫性がないと批判されることが多かったように思う。
経営のセオリーを知り、『あと７年やる』と公言するこの人ならばきっと変えられるはず。
ホームゲームは毎試合チケット売場の前に立ち、アウェイゲームにもしばしば登場する。
見かけたらどんどん声をかけてみよう。
サポーターの生の声を聞きたがっているはずだから。ミシャが来てチームが変わり、下村専務が来てフロントが変わる。
さぁ、そろそろサポーターも変わらないと。

みんなで人差し指を立てているのは下村専務の鶴の一声『一番を目指そう！』だったのですよね～♪
すっごく、ものすっごく大きい人だと思いました。
私は(他所は知らないけど)紫熊フロントも含めて本当にサンフレッチェ広島というチームが好きです。
そう思わせてもらえる方々です。さて、専務はここもチェックされてるわけですが。。。。。笑
嬉しいね、ホーム広島から離れていても紫熊が好きと集う関東サポのことまでちゃんと気にかけてくださってる。
とてもありがたいです。

ホント、チームの事を熱く語り、サポに対しても親身に考えてくれてビックリしました。
県人会は、貴重な交流の場でした。選手は、トルコキャンプで頑張っている事だし、わしも自主トレ(？)をして、開幕に備えるか！

去年の9月だったっけ？
下村専務が就任されてからずっと気になってたんすよ。
どんなひとだろーって。もちろん『紫熊倶楽部』での記事も読ませていただきましたが
下村専務がなんのために来られたかもいくらか分かったし、サンフレッチェが良くなっていく雰囲気は感じました。
まだ”雰囲気”までですけど･･･。
で、チーム・選手が成長していく様を見ているけど
サポーターって成長してるか？っていつも考えてます。
チーム・選手の成長においてかれないようにサポもがんばらんとな！今年もさらにばもー！！！

ホームゲームに行く度、入場口のとこに立ってるオッサン見て、お、このヒトいつもおるな、エラいひとらしぃけど、必ず出迎えてくれるな・・って思ってました。がんばってください。わかるサポはちゃんとわかってると思いますよ。
