2007年02月12日 トルコキャンプレポ（その３）
本日１１日の午前中は１１時から練習。
といっても１０時半くらいには徐々に集まり始め「鳥かご」でアップ開始。
腹筋、背筋、腕立て等の準備運動のあと、トップとサテに分かれて練習。
トップのメンバーは、ダリオ、コマ、アオ、浩司、寿人、タム、戸田、公太、
盛田、くわしん、一誠、陽介の１２人。
ミシャが熱血指導を行ったのはサテのメンバー。
最近ミシャはサテを直接指導することが多い。
長いシーズンを戦い抜くにはレギュラーを脅かすサテの存在が不可欠。
チームのモチベーションアップにも大切なことだと思う。こちらは別メニューで軽めの調整のピチブー。
今まで全く手を抜かずフルメニューをこなしてきたので、ただのお疲れモード。
カズも昨日の午後に引き続き別メニューでしたが、全く問題なさそう。サテ対トップの紅白戦も徐々に実力が拮抗してきた。
（サテ組は数的優位なわけですがｗ）
佑鎮や平繁などの若手が生き生きとプレー。日に日に成長している感じ。
全体的に声がよく出ていて、ハードな練習が続いている割には選手たちの表情が明るい。
キャンプに手応えを感じている証拠。頼もしい限り。ということで今日も練習後の選手たちを直撃ｗ
まずは問題児ｗの俊介。
ミシャに目をつけられたのか可愛がられてるのか怒られることが多いｗ
おまけにホテル側にも怒られてプール飛び込みが中止となった模様。
意外とソツなくこなす平繁とイジられ役のマナ。
そういやまだマナのロングスロー見てないなｗ
とある人のリクエストで優作さん。
ベテランらしく誠実に取り組む姿勢は若手の手本です。
こちらはトップチームに定着しつつあるくわしん。
２０番のユニが板に付いてきましたｗ
キャプテン戸田も今やチームの大黒柱。
頼りになる男が若いチームを締め、そしてケアします。
そして今や大人気の橋内。
コマから新しい髪形は「かつら疑惑」と指摘されるｗ
「ほら、金具はないっすよ」と切り返すところに笑いのセンスあり。
方向を間違わずに育って欲しいと願うばかり。今日は１８時から夜の練習。
明日は１４時から韓国の浦項と練習試合とのこと。
