2007年03月27日 ナビスコ予選Ｌ 千葉－広島＠フクダ電子アリーナ
試合のデータとかはこちらで。
若手の登竜門というべきナビスコカップらしく、我らが希望の若手も活躍した。
既に不動のレギュラーとなった柏木が縦横無尽にピッチを駆け回り、
平繁も最後の最後でヒーローになり損ねたけど、大器の片鱗を見せつけた。
そして試合後、彼らからは『悔しい』という気持ちが痛いほど伝わってきた。
だから二人を称えるコールが自然発生的に沸いた。
もちろん自分も率先して彼らの名を叫んだ。ふと思う。
「選手育成」は重要なテーマ。
その動きに同調してサポーターも、選手を「褒めて」成長させることも必要。
だけど、そればかりじゃクラブは成長しない。
母親のような温かさだけじゃなく、時には父親のような厳しさが求められる。
ホームのガンバ戦後のブーイングについていろいろ意見が出てたけど、
「優しく見守る」という世論が支配的であることに一抹の不安を感じる。
なぜかというと「優しい」の意味を取り違えている人が意外と多いと思うから。
決して「優しい＝厳しくしない」ことではないはずで、
選手に厳しくできない人が自らを「常に優しく見守る」と表現するのは違うと思うし。
と、思ったりするわけですが、あまのじゃくでしょうかｗ
あ、もちろんこの日活躍した若手を称えることには何の異論もないですから。１９９２年のプロ化から１６年目のサンフレッチェ。
クラブとサポーターが目的を共有できないまま時間だけが過ぎた。
金がないのは昔も同じ。だから育成は大事だ。
「優しく」育成するだけではいつまでたっても強くならない。
にもかかわらずクラブに近いところから「優しく見守る」ことを煽動する危うさ。
「身内の馴れ合い」はクラブ、サポーターの成長を阻害する。
いつまでも地方の二流クラブに甘んじているわけにはいかない。
現状を正しく知り、将来を見据えて自らの行動を判断できるフロント、サポーター、
そういう人が増えないことには一過性のバブルを作れても、真の成長は難しい。と、言うは易しなんだけど。
あまりストイックにやり過ぎてもいけないしね。ということで。
週末はリーグ戦再開。
まずは一人でも多くのサポーターがビッグアーチに集まるように頑張ろう。ところでカープとサンフレッチェの共同試合告知ってスゴくない？

一言でブーイングって言っても難しいよね？
まさしく言うは易し行なうは難しで、『しっかりしろ！』『下を向くな！』って気持ちがイッパイなのに、ブーイングだからと否定的な意識ばっかりが一人歩きしてるんじゃないかと危惧します。
某選手のブログで『バカ』と書いたことでブログが荒れたことがあります。
ほんの一部ですが『バカ』のみを攻撃して、挙句の果てに『子どもも見てます。子どもが真似することもあります。やめてください』とまで書く。
全体を見ないで、そこに愛が溢れてるのに気が付かないで、情けないなぁと。。。
仕舞いにゃ選手がブログを続ける事を悩むまでに。。。今回のブーイング騒動を垣間見て、何か違うでしょ？と思う私です。
ホームで受けた(らしい)ブーイングとアウェイで受けたコール、そこにはちゃんと通じ合うチームへ、選手への叱咤激励があることに気付いて欲しいですね。
