2008年10月15日 続：サッカー専用スタジアムは欲しい。
すみません。最近あまり更新しない上にコメントにもレスできてなく反省してます。
前のエントリーでobaabaさんに熱心にコメントいただいていますので感謝をこめて新エントリーで。事務局代表の大さんや、某気象予報士さんｗとも知り合いなのでその後話はしました。
わかりやすいこと、わかりにくいこと、色々とひっくるめてありますが、
サッカー専用スタジアム実現のための有力な手法のひとつであることは理解してます。
微力ながら、いち個人として署名もさせていただきました。
サッカーを、サンフレッチェを愛する者として、
「より多くの人が容易にアクセス可能な一等地に専用スタジアムがあったらいい」
ということに異を唱えるつもりはありません。大賛成です。ですが一方で、日本で最も保守的と言われる業界ｗで働く者の感覚としては、
資金の出し手の立場としては乗りづらい案件だな、というのが率直な感想です。以下、関連サイトをよく読まないで、感覚的なコメントを書きますが、
ここはとりあえず自分の意見を書いてもいい（ですよね？）ブログなのでお許し下さい。
一生懸命活動している方々に敬意を表した上で、サポ以外からの想定Qとして読んで下さい。===
第一に、得てして箱もの建築（含む改修）案件はギリギリの予算規模で収まることがあった例がない。
特に行政主導案件の場合、プロジェクトが可決されるとあとは何でもありで予算超過は当たり前。
プロジェクトの計画から運営まで民間に委託し、民間で責任を完結させないとすべてが絵餅。
（逆を言えば、予算管理や見通しの甘さを許される運営主体は地方公共団体しかできない）
極端な話、「利益抜きの手弁当」前提の、まさに市民の手作りで予算規模を守ったプロジェクトが
実現すれば、カープの樽募金を超える、後世に語り継げる「広島の誇り」となるはず。
そこまで民間をまとめ上げることができる人物はいるのだろうか。第二に、サッカースタジアムを広島市民は本当に欲しているのだろうか。
サンフレッチェサポなら欲しいのは当たり前だけど、一般の広島人はそこまで思っているだろうか。
「スタジアムが遠いので人が集まらない」という命題（そもそもこれが真ではないと思う）に対して、
「人が集まらないのはスタジアムが遠いからである」は真ではない。
もちろん人の目に触れる機会が倍増すればファンが増える可能性も倍増する。
だから100％間違っているわけではないと思うけど、インフラが一番重要だとは思わない。
サッカーファンからすれば「市内一等地にスタジアムがある」のがいいことではあるが、
一般市民にとってみれば、なぜバレーボールコートやホッケー場でないサッカースタジアムなのか。===
これに対する自分の答えは「広島にサッカー文化を根付かせる」ということに尽きます。
Ｊ創設期や、2003年～2004年の降格→復帰のときのようにサンフレッチェが注目されたときに、
スタジアムに来た多くの人をサッカーファンとして繋ぎ止められなかった反省も踏まえ、
今、スタジアムに来てくれる人に、スタジアムでサッカーを見る楽しさを伝えることだと思います。
最近の大概のアウェイのスタジアムは紫で染まります。
それは関東サポが増えたからだけじゃありません。
広島の人がアウェイに大挙して押し寄せるようになったからです。
ホームを知り、アウェイを知るサポーターが全国各地に存在する仲間たちと共鳴し、
今やＪ屈指と言ってもいいアウェイサポを構成しています。
そういったものの積み上げが「サッカー文化」となっていくはずです。
今は「ひと昔の閑散としたスタジアムに比べたら手ごたえを感じる。但し、確信が持てない。」
といった感じでしょうか。
あと数年、この勢いが持続すれば、間違いなく文化は根付いていく、そう信じています。これって第一の答えになってないじゃん！ということですが、
市民が欲するものとなれば、当初計画が赤字でも許されると思ってます。
真に市民が欲しているものであれば、実利用の高い公共財としての価値は間違いなく出ます。
税金投入も問題ないでしょう。だって市民が欲しているんですから。市民球場が解体され、新たな構築物が出来てしまったら遅いよ！
というのもよくわかります。
だから、何やら民意の反映されないプロジェクトが進んでしまうのを阻止するのは大賛成です。
問題はその後。サッカースタジアムが検討に値する計画となるために、
現場のサポーターができること、現場のサポーターではないとできないことを取り組んでいこうかと。すべての活動は繋がっています。
サッカーを愛する心、サンフレッチェを愛する心があれば。
異なる意見を取り込んで大きくなって欲しい。

「スタジアムが遠いので人が集まらない」を真であると仮定していて、それに対して「人が集まらないのはスタジアムが遠いからである」が『逆は必ずしも真ならず』の関係ということなのでしょうか。そもそも、そんな不明瞭な定義文を『命題』とすることにムリがあるんじゃないかと・・・。

ご指摘の通り。文章が間違ってます。
『逆は必ずしも真ならず』ということを言いたかったのではないです。
「スタジアムが遠いので人が集まらない」ということを言う人がいるので、
そんなことないだろ！？ということを導くために対偶を書こうとして単なる逆を書いてましたｗ命題：「スタジアムが遠いので、人が集まらない」
対偶：「人が集まるには、スタジアムが遠くない（近い）こと」 → 必ずしもそうではない。というようなことを言いたかった訳です（汗
ここはひとつ大目に見てやって下さいｗ
自戒を込めて誤りは直さずに晒しておきます。（反省）

私の無礼な投げかけに真摯に対応して下さったこと、本当に感謝致します。私自身もAll For Hiroshima(以下AFL)の活動を知ったのが、この夏でしたのでまだまだ勉強不足なのですが、去る１９日、広島市内で行われた「市民球場跡地利用市民シンポジウム」に参加して参りました。
私の書き方も悪かったのだと思うのですが、この話の主眼は
「原爆投下地のすぐ横にある、戦火で沢山のものを失った広島市民の心の灯火であった広島市民球場をなんとか後世に残したい」ということなのです。使い道のない箱ものだから壊されるなら、使い道を考えよう、その一つとして「サッカー専用スタジアム」案があるのだと思います。
シンポジウムでもプレゼンテーションを行われましたサンフレ＆カープのファンでもあるhiroshima-KOPさんのHPをご覧頂ければ分かると思います。また、私のブログにもその他の方々の提案をリンクさせています（私見を一杯載せているので読みにくいと思いますが、）。
この話しは、まず、「平和都市広島」の平和的復興のシンボルとしての市民球場、という観点から始まっているということをお伝えしておきたいと思います。なので、私のお願いは「サンフレッチェサポーター」の皆さんにあてたものではなく、どちらかというと他に何のつてもないので、ここを通して「関東広島県人会』の皆様にこの運動を知って頂きたいという想いでした。言葉足らずであったこと、改めてお詫び致します。サッカースタジアムが検討に値する計画となるために、

shimizuさんのこの意見、大変心強く思います。私は人生の半分くらいを広島の地で過ごし、カープ生まれのサンフレッチェ育ちを自負しています。広島の地で出来る限りのことをやりたいと思います。ご意見本当にありがとうございました。
