2008年12月31日 2008年シーズン終了にあたり。
天皇杯もユースも、何と言うか、消化不良のまま終わってしまって総括してません。
ということもまた消化不良で何か引っかかってしまうのでつれづれと書きます。北は秋田から南は熊本まで。
今年もゼロックス１＋リーグ戦４２＋天皇杯４＝全４７試合に参戦いたしました。
鉄人・公太の連続試合出場記録は218試合で止まってしまいましたが、
2004年から続く自分の公式戦連続参戦記録は217試合まで伸びました。
天皇杯決勝進出で「公太超え」するはずだったんですけどｗということはさておき。
東京から京都に引っ越してきたので移動距離と遠征費はだいぶ楽になりましたが、
仕事面で部下50人弱を持つ立場になったことでサッカーを考える時間が少なくなったりで、
サポーター活動としてはイマイチ地味だったかなと。
とはいえスタジアムでのいろいろな変化をしっかりと観察し、考えてきてはいるので、
サンフレッチェサポーターの更なる飛躍のために2009年も頑張りたいと思います！！！サポブログなんでサポーター活動について少し。
会社や学校の規則や制約、納期やレポート提出期限、ノルマや試験の類、
地域や家族のしがらみや人間関係、あるいは病気や経済環境などなど、、、
知らず知らずのうちに人はさまざまな悩みやストレスを抱えている、それが「日常」。
スタジアムはハレの場となり得る舞台。
日常のさまざまな悩みやストレスというリミッターから解放される「非日常」の場こそ
人の潜在能力が最大限発揮され、信じられない熱狂を生む可能性があるのです。一方で「日常」と「非日常」は完全に切り離された別物ではありません。
社会という「日常」に帰属している人は「非日常」においても同じように動機付けされるもの。
いかに多くの人を巻き込むか、それには日常のセオリー通りにやるのが手っとり早い。以前のエントリーでこんなこと書きました。
「アウェイが盛り上がる必然性とホームが盛り上がりづらい課題」
そんなに難しいことではないんです。
ひとつは500人をまとめるのは容易いが、5,000人をまとめるのは難しいということ。
アウェイは500人をまとめることから始めました。
最初のうちはフリーペーパー印刷枚数は100枚。今や500枚でも足りない。
では5,000人をまとめるにはどうしたらいいか。
深いテーマではあるんだけど、山はひとつでいい、ということ。
日本一高い山は富士山（3,776m）。では２番目に高い山は北岳（3,193m）。
どっちの方がわかりやすいか。そういうことですよｗまずは現状をしっかり認識した上でみんなと目標を共有していきたい。
どういうスタジアムにしたいのかと。
そして現状と目標のギャップは何か。それを埋めるにはどうしたらいいか。
「現状＝しょぼい、理想＝イングランド」
最初はこんな批判でも構わない。
大切なのは、目標に向けてどう進めていくのか、自分はどう関わっていくのか、ということ。
アウェイではこのステップを踏んだ。
・ガラガラなアウェイ側を紫に染めるぞ！目標は国立満員だ！
・応援にホームサポ・アウェイサポは関係ない。アウェイのサポ団体はいらない！
・スタジアムに行けない人が多くても協力できることはある！
・仲間を増やすために告知していこう！ブログもやろう。フリーペーパーなんてどうかな、、、
ホームでもそういう動きがあるのは知っている。
500人をまとめることから始めた関東よりはるかに難しい世界なことも知っている。
何よりサポーター間の横の連携がかなり難しい。
そこがホームの最大の課題だったりして。。。
大切なのは主義主張の異なるものを受け入れる器量、かな。話はかなーり飛びましたが、「非日常」の世界と「日常」の世界自体は別物ではあるものの、
その本質は同じ道理で動くものであると考えています。
「非日常」であるがゆえに得られる感動も大きい。だからこそ取り組む価値がある。
そしてその感動は必ずや「日常」に好影響を与えることでしょう。
2009年も頑張りますよ！ところで正月には東京帰るので久々にみんなと飲みたいね～
